WELCOME!
The members of First Presbyterian Church welcome you. We are glad you have chosen to learn more about us. Each week, we come together to worship God. We are granted forgiveness for our sins through the grace of God. We are members of a larger family. Just as Jesus said, “Who is my family? Those who do my will,” we are part of a family that rejoices together, cries together, and helps one another. We learn to lead lives based in Christian principles. We retreat from the fast pace of life. We proclaim for all in our community that we are believers. We celebrate eternal life. We spend time with our Heavenly Father and fellow believers. We hope you, too, will benefit from at First Presbyterian.
We personally invite you to join with First Presbyterian Church of California, Pennsylvania. Members unite with the church by:
Profession of Faith – for those making a first time commitment, and Baptism, if not previously baptized.
Certificate of Transfer – for those active in another church which will grant such a certificate.
Reaffirmation of Faith – for those who have made a first time commitment at a previous church and now wish to formalize their relationship here.
Confirmation Class – for youth.
